All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to shipping! Items from Customize tab is non-refundable & non-returnable - be sure to triple check all spelling and design elements because we are not responsible for any errors submitted on your behalf.
It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it facilitates the process considerably.
Items returned within 14 days (30 Days for International Customers) of when shipment was received will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Sale items and engraved items are final sale, non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition. Items not returned in the original product packaging will not receive full credit and a repackaging fee of $5.00 will be charged.

Include your original order sheet and make a note as to what you'd like for your item - store credit, refund or exchange. If exchange, please note what you'd like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Once your item has been received, we will process your return within 5 days of receiving the items. Once processed, an email will be sent to your email used with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information.
